Job Description

1. Manage Paid Digital Campaigns

  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Implement and monitor SEO/SEM strategies for brand visibility and organic traffic
  • Ensure high ROI and cost-effective performance across all channels

2. Campaign Analysis & Optimization

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Facebook Insights, etc. to monitor results
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies

3. Content & Marketing Material Creation

  • Write ad copy, landing page content, blog posts, and campaign-related materials
  • Collaborate with creative teams for compelling visuals and digital assets

4. Social Media & Digital Channel Management

  • Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Design content calendars and engagement strategies tailored to each platform

5. Reporting & Data-Driven Improvement

  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign performance reports
  • Provide data insights and recommendations for ongoing strategy refinement

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • 2–3 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in international markets
  • Proven skills in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and campaign analysis
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, etc.) are a plus
  • Experience in online-to-offline (O2O) marketing is an advantage
  • Familiar with marketing tech tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken); able to write compelling digital content
  • Proactive, analytical, creative thinker with excellent time management
  • Willing to work across time zones and in multicultural teams
