Product Analyst/Business Analyst Executive

Job Description

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between users/customers and the development team, responsible for analyzing and communicating business requirements, supporting solution implementation to meet operational needs, while developing competencies to progress toward the Senior BA role.

RESPONSIBILITY

- Analyze and document business requirements clearly and comprehensively.

- Prepare process flows, business requirements, and functional specifications.

- Collaborate with Dev and Tester throughout development.

- Support UAT, provide training, and assist end-users during system usage.

- Monitor feedback and propose product improvements.

- Work closely with PM/Senior BA in managing requirements and backlog prioritization.

- Support PM in preparing progress reports, product demos, and stakeholder communication.

Job Requirement

·       1–2 years of experience as BA, Tester, or system operations staff.

·       Experience using tools like Visio/Draw.io, Figma/Balsamiq.

·       Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain systems (e.g., TMS, WMS, FMS).
