Job Description

Job purpose:

Lead the Sales Executive team to perform Sales activities and Sales services to customer, analyze customers in order to determine sales potential and increase sales profit.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Developing B2B Sales business in Horeca channel
  • Planning the sales and product forecast
  • Planning the sales directions and implement within team in order to achieve the sales target.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new customers to maximize the sales
  • Market research
  • Cooperating with other departments for supporting of price, delivery of orders...
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Prepare sales reports as required by Superior.

Job Requirement

  • 8-10 year experience in sales, 2 years in similar position and in Food industry
  • Have good knowledge about Food product and Horeca business  
  • Good interpersonal skill, good sales skill and leadership skills
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Motivation and ambition to succeed
  • Good level of English spoken and written
