Support the development and execution of defined sales strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market share and develop the business further.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers in the food and beverage ingredients.
Identify pain-points and opportunities at given accounts to identify the right solutions, which company can bring to them, so that we can grow together.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally, including R&D, Marketing, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
Monitor, record and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and business development.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, with relevant sales experience in the food and nutrition industry of min. 2 years.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Vietnamese and English, verbally and in writing.
Good time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to find practical solutions efficiently.
An effective team – player with the ability to travel within Vietnam and internationally as required.
