Tiktok Shop Operator

Job Description

1. TikTok Shop Management

• Manage the company's TikTok Shop booth.
• Product management in Tiktok Shop
• Coordinate with the warehouse to process daily orders
• Handle issues related to TikTok policies, orders, complaints, shipping and payments.
• Perform reconciliation and payment of service costs to related parties

2. Tiktok Sale Operation

• Build and implement promotions, discounts, vouchers, optimize revenue
• Monitor store performance, propose and implement solutions to increase conversion rates, optimize operating costs
• Communicate with Tiktok AM to drive sale for Daily and Campaign
• Forecast inventory, import goods to support business on the platform

3. External supporting

• Cooperate with partners to optimize the contents on Tiktok. Such as livestreaming image, short video captions, or something related.
• Support partners on store operation, such as price management or something related.
• Support KOLs on sale operation, such as SKU setting up, CMS management or something related.

4. Analyze data & Report performance

• Monitor performance indicators such as revenue, visits, conversion rates, customer interactions
• Compare shop performance with competitors, propose optimal strategies. Report TikTok Shop performance periodically and provide solutions for improvement.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor/College degree
• Have operated TikTok Shop for more than 1 year.
• Have experience on communicating with Tiktok official people.
• Understanding of SEO, TikTok algorithms and TikTok Shop policies.
• Have basic knowledge on Tiktok contents, such as livestreaming and short videos.
• Organizational skills, teamwork, responsible for KPIs, flexible problem solving ability.
• Fluency with English or Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
