Costing Application Engineer

1. Working closely with sales teams, procurement, and suppliers to ensure timely and competitive quotes.

2. Efficiently handling incoming RFQs (Request for Quotation) from clients or vendors.

3. Creating detailed quotations that outline pricing, terms, and conditions.

4. Frequency communication with US team for project tracking, budget update and costsheet review.

5. Having a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the products, material or services being quoted. Have a large knowledge of CNC machining, assembling method is a plus (such as tube bending, brazing, welding, wire cut EDM, surface treatment, clean room…)

6. Reading and understanding technical drawings, assembly drawings. Familiar with semiconductor machine’s component drawing is a plus.

7. Review, comparing and troubleshooting customer BOM to find most efficient way to quote.

8. Using management software (ERP, Ariba). Familiar with SharePoint is a plus.

9. Report to Engineering Service Manager.

10. Occasional events will be required for team meetings, training, or on-site project management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor degree of Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineer or relevant.

- English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

- Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings, assembly drawings.

- Proficient in using Inventor design software (2D, 3D)

- Experience with manufacturing process (Router, Word Oder, NPI, FAI)

+1 Years in design and creating 3D/2D drawing or working with technical drawing

+2 Years working with RFQ, Cost Tracking, vendor and supplier procedure, Quotation Preparation, Market Research

- Knowledge for working with global vendor is a plus

- Advance office skill, especially with Excel and Pivot tool

- Able to work independently.

- Problem solving, root cause analysis.
