- Provide and drive the overall strategic development plan and visionary direction for Nam Long Trading Floor (NLTF) to align with the strategy and vision of Nam Long Land (NLL) while playing a major role in producing benefits to other Business Units in order to create higher value product, higher quality or lower cost.

- End-to-end accountability in business development and sales effectiveness of the Company by creating & maintaining the satisfaction and loyalty in customer awareness.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Banking, Law, Agriculture and Forestry (Faculty of Land Management & Real Estate).

- At least 10 years of experience in senior management level in sales and marketing, especially real estate industry included development & business management.

- Proficiency in English

- Deep knowledge about Sales and Marketing.

- Deep knowledge about corporate administration (strategic planning, financial and work force allocation), teamwork leadership and personnel utilization.

- Profound knowledge about real estate law.

- Understand about the operation of real estate.
