Job Purpose
The Head of COE leads the company’s efforts in business planning, process excellence, system enablement, and training development. The role ensures that distribution and operations are supported by clear strategies, efficient processes, robust digital tools, and continuous capability building. This position drives consistency, efficiency, and scalability to support growth and customer-centric outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Planning
• Lead annual and long-term business planning for distribution and operations.
• Develop sales productivity and manpower models to support growth targets.
• Monitor performance against plan, analyze gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
2. Process C Systems
• Map, standardize, and improve core business processes across distribution, onboarding, and servicing.
• Partner with IT and vendors to ensure systems are aligned with business needs.
• Drive automation, digitization, and system adoption to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to measure process performance and compliance.
3. Training C Capability Development
• Build a structured training roadmap for advisors, managers, and staff.
• Oversee design and delivery of programs (onboarding, sales skills, leadership, technical).
• Introduce modern learning methods (e-learning, simulations, mobile learning).
• Partner with business leaders to align training content with strategy and regulatory requirements.
4. Leadership C Governance
• Lead the COE team, ensuring alignment and collaboration with sales, HR, compliance, and operations.
• Serve as key advisor to senior management on best practices in planning, process, and training.
• Ensure adherence to local insurance regulations and company standards.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
· 12+ years of experience in insurance or financial services, with proven leadership in planning, process excellence, or training.
· Strong track record in system implementation, change management, and capability building.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
