Mô tả Công việc

1. Building the Company System and Developing Human Resources:

  • Advise the Board of Directors on organizing, managing, and developing human resources.
  • Participate in building the company's regulations, processes, and policies.
  • Participate with the Board of Directors in planning human resource strategies, working closely with department heads to identify human resource needs, and develop annual staffing plans.
  • Participate with the Board of Directors in building corporate culture.
  • Develop human resource compensation policies, salary, bonus, and benefit systems for employees in accordance with legal regulations and the company's business operations in each period.
  • Work closely with department heads and direct managers to provide professional guidance on various human resource issues.
  • Be primarily responsible for building and managing the recruitment process. Develop recruitment, training, and human resource development plans periodically (annually, quarterly, monthly).
  • Conduct recruitment of suitable personnel according to the development needs of the company and departments.
  • Conduct onboarding training for new employees.
  • Assess training needs to plan and develop skills and career development programs for employees.

2. Managing and Issuing Regulatory Documents within the Company:

  • Research, develop, update, and implement documents related to human resource management such as: collective labor agreements; internal labor regulations; corporate culture; etc.
  • Improve and complete the management system, control administrative documents: Internal regulations, Regulations, Forms... of departments, representative offices,... to ensure systematic and standardized.
  • Complete and implement a long-term, competitive Salary - Bonus - Benefit system based on work performance.
  • Monitor and inspect the implementation of internal regulations, regulations, and rules issued by the Company by all departments and branches.

3. Organizing, Managing, and Operating the Activities of the Human Resources Department:

  • Assign tasks to all employees in the department, ensuring that personnel maximize their abilities and complete all tasks as required; be responsible for all activities of the Human Resources Department to the Company's Board of Directors.
  • Prepare periodic reports and plans monthly/quarterly/annually.
  • Control labor costs from the salary fund and bonus fund, ensuring optimization according to the annual budget plan.
  • Supervise and inspect salary expenses, supervise the process of paying salaries, bonuses, and resolving social insurance regimes, and employee benefits from the personnel in charge.
  • Check and supervise data for the annual personal income tax finalization of employees.
  • Supervise and monitor the probationary evaluation process and the re-signing of labor contracts.
  • Organize and supervise the Company's internal activities, events, and communications to increase employee engagement.
  • Guide and provide additional knowledge and skills training for employees who are successor personnel: deputy heads of departments, human resources specialists...
  • Ensure compliance with the law in human resource management activities.
  • Welcome inspection delegations.

4. Managing Administrative and Office Operations:

  • Organize and supervise the administrative and office management work of the personnel in charge of the Company's administrative work: managing assets, office vehicles, tools, working equipment, occupational safety and health, environment, fire prevention and fighting, meetings, etc.
  • Exchange and work with law firms to carry out legal procedures for the company such as changing information on the Business Registration Certificate, new registration, changing information on the Business Location Certificate.
  • Participate in organizing, supervising, and monitoring company movement activities and internal events.

5. Warehouse Operations

  • Exchange and negotiate with partners on renting warehouses, regularly keep in touch to grasp information on warehouse operations.
  • Regularly contact employees working at the warehouse to grasp information related to fire prevention and fighting inspections, purchasing working equipment, repairing damage, etc.

6. Shareholder Relations

  • Draft documents for the sale, purchase, and transfer of shares between shareholders within the company.
  • Maintain the company's shareholder register after internal sales and transfers.

Other tasks as assigned by the General Director.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the position of Head of Human Resources (preferably in the manufacturing industry).
  • Experienced in building L&D systems, especially in environments with many workers and production units.
  • Good execution: Knows how to organize work and follow up on results to the end.
  • Good connection: Has the ability to harmonize and connect between management and employees.
  • Neat - thoughtful: Works with planning, thoroughly, detailed management.
  • Systems thinking: Has the ability to build and improve human resource processes.
  • Knowledge of labor law and social insurance.
  • Has a positive, progressive mindset, and long-term commitment.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience using HRM software or applying technology to human resources.
