Mô tả Công việc

1. Responsibilities

· Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products and services.

· Directly manage customers in the assigned region.

· Timely update delivery progress, identify and resolve any arising issues.

· Advise customers on product technical standards to meet their needs and align with the company's production capabilities.

· Develop periodic business plans (monthly, quarterly, annually).

· Advise customers on optimal ordering plans.

· Seek and develop new customers, new products to expand the market and increase sales.

· Continuously update market information and relevant legal regulations.

· Monitor business performance, analyze data, and report results to management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

2. Requirement

· At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales management.

· Experience in packaging, pharmaceutical industry, label, chemical is preferred.

· Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Growth mind set, positive attitude, team player.

· Ability to travel.
