- Receive and review proposals for freezer (POSM) allocation/installation from departments or sales teams

- Verify the completeness and accuracy of documents: contracts, installation forms, before–after photos, and handover minutes.

- Cross-check freezer (POSM) quantities in the DMS system with actual field deployment.

- Update freezer (POSM) inventory by status: in-use, damaged, recalled.

- Collect, store, and verify freezer (POSM) images at outlets: location, cleanliness, branding, QR code.

- Generate summary reports on freezer (POSM) condition and compliance.

- Conduct market visits to check actual POSM usage and validate sales activities.

- Compile non-compliance issues and propose corrective actions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-  Open to final-year students or recent graduates, preferably with a strong interest in Sales

-  Able to commit to a full-time temporary staff for 06 months

- Proficient in Micosoft Office 

- Logical thinking, attention to detail, proactiveness, and a strong willingness to learn

- Willing to transport for work (regularly moving between office and stores)
