Technical Consultation: Providing expert technical advice to clients and internal teams.
Marketing Strategy: Developing innovative marketing ideas to expand our reach.
Pricing Confirmation: Setting and confirming sales prices to ensure competitiveness.
Accounts Receivable Management: Overseeing customer credit and managing outstanding payments.
New Business Development: Actively seeking and connecting with new clients to grow our market share.
Problem Resolution: Supervising the team to effectively resolve issues like coating defects or delivery problems.
Sales Forecasting: Gathering data to prepare accurate OEM sales forecasts.
Workforce Allocation: Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
Material Planning: Developing material plans to support sales operations.
Reporting & Analysis: Managing and reviewing team reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
