Technical Coordinator (Product Testing - Softline lab, Textile/Garment)

You will act as the Member of Lab Team Representative in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support Lab Manager/ supervisor in managing day-to-day activities within your responsibility.

• Review sample and checklist/ test requirement as per buyer manual
• Sample assign to lab team and closely work and support lab team to ensure sample TAT secured
• Plan and implement Lab equipment internal verification/ maintenance & calibration. Follow up and take the action for any issue to keep lab equipment operated smoothly
• Source the suppliers of lab equipment/consumable/ chemical and handle purchasing process
• Control sample storage and timeline for disposal
• Support Lab testing, review lab datasheet, test development, method validation and update the quality documents
• Monthly report the status of lab operation/ sample volume to lab manager
• Be responsible for other tasks as authorized or assigned by the Lab Manager/ Supervisor

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Garment/Textile/Mechanical or its equivalent
• At least 2 years experiences in operating Softline physical tests, preferred footwear tests
• Knowledge of ISO17025 Quality Management System is advantageous
• Good communication skill
• A proactive team player, ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
