Provide support in designing business processes and coordinating the execution of continuous improvement programs and performance management to improve customer satisfaction, service quality, cost reduction, risk and compliance management, and employee engagement.
Main Responsibilities
1. Collect and compile files of current processes and needs for process development/improvement of departments, as a basis for annual planning.
2. Develop new documents, review documents according to approved plan or requirements from assigned departments
3. Work collaboratively across all departments to define and analyze the problems in business operations for process improvement;
4. Consult Risk Management and Internal Control on risk management in operational activities when developing processes, policies, regulations... to build control points in documents.
5. Warning and proposing solutions for new risks that may arise due to changes in laws leading to changes in processes
6. Printing, submitting for approvals, and issuing approved documents; managing and updating Pharmacity’s documentation (Pharmacity WIKI Library); providing documents to departments and other parties upon request.
7. Prepare training materials and conduct training SOP/ Policy/ Regulations (when requested)
8. Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;

Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor Degree
Professional major: Economic, Finance
Knowledge about ISO, Six Sigma, QMS is a plus
2nd language ability: Good at English (both writing and verbal communication)
