ABOUT THIS JOB
Reporting System:
Report weekly work results.
Report any issues, backlogs, and propose solutions.
Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by superiors.
Operational Activities:
Monitor e-commerce order status and key performance indicators (KPIs) on platforms: Shopee, Tiktok, Website, Facebook…
Receive and process orders across e-commerce sales channels, ensuring KPIs for each channel are met.
Check order processing progress and follow up with partners to ensure timely completion.
Handle customer information related to e-commerce sales orders.
Manage the e-commerce hotline.
Receive and process product returns/exchanges for complaint cases, refund requests, and failed deliveries.
Perform inventory return procedures for returned/exchanged goods.
Act as the main point of contact and reconcile payments with suppliers, ensuring accurate transactions and resolving any payment-related issues.
Complete other tasks as assigned.
Customer Service:
Support customer service staff in responding to policies related to consultation and complaints.
Handle ratings on the platform.
Organize and schedule shift assignments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Honest, quick, and diligent.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work outside regular hours, on weekends, holidays, and festivals.
