Job Objective:
Inspect and ensure sample products meet customer requirements, approved specifications, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and audit footwear samples at various stages based on specifications and customer requirements.
Compare samples with tech packs, blueprints, and standards to verify quality.
Identify and document defects, deviations, or quality concerns in submitted samples.
Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Work closely with the Sample Room, PDM Team, and other relevant teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements.
Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate issues promptly to prevent delays in sample production approval.
Maintain communication with customers to ensure sample production aligns with their expectations.
Analyze root causes of defects and develop corrective action plans.
Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements:
College or University degree.
Minimum 10 years of experience in footwear development, product auditing, footwear manufacturing, or quality control.
Experience working with global brands (Adidas, Nike, Puma, etc.).
Strong understanding of product development, audit processes, and quality assurance in the footwear industry.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports.
Proficiency in English (Korean is an advantage).
High attention to detail, customer-oriented mindset, leadership, and analytical skills.
Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant reporting tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
