Responsible for identifying, preventing, and investigating security incidents to ensure a safe environment across all Milwaukee sites. This role involves intelligence gathering, incident response, coordination with security teams, and collaboration with local authorities.

• Monitor and assess potential security threats; stay alert to risks at all times.
• Take proactive measures to prevent losses and incidents. Lead investigations into security breaches, thefts, or misconduct.
• Conduct interviews and gather evidence from various sources.
• Collect and analyze intelligence to guide preventive actions.
• Coordinate, train, and evaluate security guards to ensure effectiveness.
• Identify site-specific security needs and recommend solutions to management.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with security staff, police, and local authorities.
• Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all security operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Perform additional security-related tasks as assigned.

• Level: College/University. Professional Certificate trained in the field of Security or police forces.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Commander in multinational factories (preferred), companies, shopping centers, or professional security firms.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese security laws and regulations.
• Familiar with security systems and investigation tools.
• Proven experience conducting investigations.
• Intermediate level of verbal English communication and written 
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Demonstrates integrity, a proactive mindset, and a strong commitment to preventing misconduct or corruption.
• Organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Approachable, helpful, and professional demeanor when working with others
