ABOUT OUR DIGITAL MARKETING DIVISION’S BUSINESS:
Marketing Promotion / Internet Advertising in Vietnam.
EC Operation service (Shopee / Lazada / Tiki / Sendo, etc.).
SNS Maintenance & Operation (mainly Facebook Page / Facebook Group).
Front-end Web development / Offshore business for Japan.
WE NEED YOU:
Develop an integrated media campaign approach and how everything integrates within the bigger communication strategy.
Apply knowledge of Vietnam's media landscape and the role of digital/media channels to deliver compelling solutions.
Assist in making the quarterly and annual media plan, budget allocation, and own day-to-day reports.
Deliver small-size or a part of large-size proposal presentation (from traditional to digital) to clients and internal stakeholders with close support
Drive tactical innovation across media platforms, including display, video, search, mobile, social and programmatic…
Independently develop strategic media plans for branding/performance campaigns with competitive KPIs and strong rationales.
Continuously research and apply new techniques, platforms to acquire more valuable data for interpreting and do optimization.
Overcome market challenges for setting competitive KPIs and achieve media savings before/during or after the projects/campaigns.
Manage implementation and collaboration with media owners, agency partners, and internal buying teams to ensure all deliveries are met/launched on time.
Evolve use of measurement systems to provide greater insight into ROI of media plans and nsure the team delivers on agreed KPIs.
Understand the end-to-end financial process and execute day-to-day finance operation of own client/vendors with accuracy.
WORK LOCATION:
Moc Gia Building, No.123 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh Dist., HCMC.
WORKING TIME:
Monday to Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM
Bachelor at relevant experience.
3+ years’ experience in digital/media execution, client-side in-house team, or media owner capacity. Media agency background is preferred. Worked for GroupM, Publicis, Omnicom is a plus.
Intermediate level English – in both speaking and writing. Japanese is a plus.
Good presentation skills.
Understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in the Vietnam landscape.
Hands-on experience of advertising technology platforms (ad servers, DSPs, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Shopping Ads, TiktokShop ads …) is a strong plus.
Excellent organization, interpersonal and self-management skills.
Good Microsoft Office is a must.
