DEPUTY OPERATIONS DIRECTOR is responsible for organizing, managing, and running all company operations in compliance with legal regulations, while driving sustainable growth and high operational efficiency.
ICORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Comprehensive Management: Manage the daily operations of all functional blocks: Operations, Logistics, Customs, Transportation, Accounting – Finance, and Branches.
Main Objective: Ensure revenue growth, cost optimization, cash flow/receivables control, risk control, and service quality maintenance
System Development: Develop and standardize operational procedures and implement strategic expansion plans
Team Leadership: Build a strong middle-management team and oversee the HR activities of the operations blocks (indirectly managing $100-200$ staff)

II. MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum 7 years experience in the Logistics - Customs – Transportation industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Administration, Logistics, Finance, Accounting).
Skills: Strategic mindset, system thinking, cost/HR control, and fast decision-making.
Preference: Candidates previously serving as COO/ Logistics Branch Director
