Engineering Officer

Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Tracking DOR and analysis of issues that cause EPL drop

· Tracking Utility consumption daily

· Consolidate and tracking maintenance plan

· Support maintenance team tasks ( document)

· Create SOW and follow PR/PO

· Tracking and consolidate procurement process: PR, PO, GR, Invoice receipt, create payment

· Consolidate and communicate shift pattern of technicians

· Manage working time of maintenance members to ensure compliance

· HR link, SHE links to ensure company policy implementation for ENG team

· Tracking working time of engineering members to ensure compliance

· Other tasks delegate by maintenance manager/ engineering manager/lead

INTERNAL RELATION

· Coordinate with M&I, E&A, Refrigeration Supervisors to prepare spare part for CIP monthly and overhauled

· Coordinate maintenance team to follow master plan to deploy maintenance plan

· Collaborate with supervisor to create SOPs and standards for machine maintenance.

EXTERNAL RELATION

· Collaborate with procurement and technical supervisor to share technical specifications to purchase the right product on time.

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENT

· College Degree with major in food/mechanical/ electrical engineering

· Can use SAP and Microsoft Office

· English: basic reading and writing
