Job Purpose
The HR Part Leader is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role ensures the effective management of the entire HR function, including recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Planning
· Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
· Design workforce plans to meet current and future business needs.
2. Talent Acquisition & Retention
· Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain qualified talent.
· Develop onboarding programs and ensure employee engagement during integration.
3. Performance Management
· Implement performance appraisal systems and provide coaching to departments.
· Support managers in setting KPIs and reviewing employee performance.
4. Learning & Development
· Identify training needs and programs.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and upskilling.
5. Compensation & Benefits
· Manage salary structure, bonus schemes, and employee benefits.
· Ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with market standards.
6. Employee Relations & Compliance
· Handle employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
· Ensure company policies are compliant with labor laws and internal regulations.
7. HR Operations
· Supervise HR administrative functions including payroll, contracts, and personnel files.
· Utilize HR systems and data analytics for reporting and improvement.
8. Organizational Culture & Engagement
· Lead initiatives to foster a strong corporate culture and employee engagement.
· Support internal communication and change management efforts.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in manufacturing or multinational environments is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in English
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
