Job Description

Coordinate with forwarders to ensure smooth customs clearance and on-time delivery of shipments.
Prepare and check shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with import/export regulations.
Follow up with Customs for required documentation or explanation.
Support import duty & VAT calculation and monitor liquidation process.
Assist in reporting related to logistics operations when required.
Monitor delivery status and support handling claims for damaged goods.
Ensure timely communication with internal teams regarding shipment status and related issues.
Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.

Gender: Female
Age: 22 – 27
Education: College degree, major in Import – Export, Logistics or related fields
Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in logistics or import/export operations
English: Able to read and understand import/export-related documents in English
Computer Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Others: Responsible, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and good communication skills

Degree: College

Probationary period: 2 months
