Development and implementation of sales plan.
Control sales operations and sales representatives.

Bachelor’s degree
Min 3 years’ experience in the retails channel related to construction fields, hardware stores, power tools, accessories, …
English skill: Reading & Writing skills are required for report purpose.
Possess sound interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to plan and develop approaches for working in the retail channel of the construction industry.
Ability to implement plans leading to sales and market share growth.
A proven track record of building long term relationships with customers.
Ability to quickly learn about mechanical products and related construction materials.
Manage retail sales rep. and allocate resources effectively.
