• As a Technical Editor, you will continually discover new ways to explain our customers' products concisely and clearly.
• You will convey information to different target groups.
• You will create manuals, multimedia technical information, training manuals, and online help systems.
• You will advise our customers on the correct conception and planning of their projects.

Job Requirement

• You have successfully completed your studies in technical editing, engineering, or another technical field, or you have a similar qualification as a career changer.
• You understand writing and structuring techniques
  • Technical understanding: functions of mechanical components as well as basic electromechanical knowledge
  • Tool knowledge of structured data (XML, SGML, or similar)
  • Standards: S1000D, ATA iSpec
  • Experience or a strong interest in writing technical documentation for the aviation industry, particularly for Aircraft Cargo Handling Systems.
  • Experience with content management systems.
• You have a strong sense of potential user questions and can answer them clearly and understandably.
• Good to very good English, knowledge of German language is a plus
• Capacity for teamwork as well as proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
