Chief accountant

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: AR/AP, payroll, taxes, and general ledger.

Ensure compliance with VAS and tax regulations; work confidently with tax offices.

Lead month-end/year-end closings and coordinate audits with external auditors.

Support IFRS reporting and consolidation for the Singapore holding company.

Build and manage a high-performing accounting team with tidy, sustainable workflows.

Improve processes and systems; experiment with new tools to save time and reduce errors.

Lay the foundation for FP&A by ensuring accounting outputs are structured and reliable for budgeting, forecasting, and KPI dashboards.

Represent finance externally with banks, auditors, and investors.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.

Chief Accountant Certificate (CAC) from the Ministry of Finance (required by law).

Prior experience as Chief Accountant in another company (mandatory).

7–12 years of accounting experience, with proven team supervision.

Strong knowledge of VAS, tax, and statutory compliance.

Diligent and detail-oriented; able to manage payments and control precision of accounting work daily.

Familiarity with IFRS and multi-entity consolidation is a plus, not mandatory.

Strong English reading skills (required); writing and speaking are advantages.

CPA Vietnam, ACCA, or equivalent international certifications are strong pluses.
