Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, get approval and deploy Activation & Promotion for allocated regions.
- Work closely with Regional Trade Manager, Sales team, Agencies to develop and deliver the Activation smoothly.
- Follow up the execution and propose proper improvement actions.
- Develop supported POSM requirements and allocate to Regional Trade, Sales to amplify the campaigns
- Manage the campaigns within allocated budget.
- Monitor effectiveness of Agencies/Suppliers on Activation execution.
- Conduct meeting, report and market visit to ensure doing the thing right at marketplace and consumers / customers' feedback in the field.
- Review Sales performance, ROI and consolidate feedback from Internal for programs in future.
Other requirements:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Economics & Marketing is preferable.
- Knowledge of professionally advertising, culture and sociology.
- 3-4 years working experiences in the relevant field in F&B/ FMCG.
- Decision maker. Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem- solving skills.
- Ready to travel frequently.
- Conversation with spoken, written English and PC such as Microsoft Office/ Photoshop.
