Take charge of recruitment activities for Head Office positions, especially mid to senior-level or newly established roles, based on weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring plans.
Implement and develop a Talent Pool to ensure an adequate pipeline of candidates that supports the company’s expansion needs.
Execute recruitment campaigns through both internal and external channels to meet hiring targets as planned.
Monitor the team’s recruitment performance and propose solutions to optimize conversion rates and hiring quality.
Work closely with Department Heads/Hiring Managers to thoroughly understand manpower needs and provide timely, effective recruitment consultation.
Contribute to improving the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, speed, and candidate experience.
Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to strengthen brand visibility and attract high-quality candidates.
Manage recruitment contact channels (hotline, email, etc.), handle and respond to candidates’ inquiries.
Update and maintain the department’s organization chart.
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Education & Knowledge
Bachelor’s or College degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and knowledge of employer branding practices.
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment or from a Headhunting agency.
Priority for candidates who have recruited for Back Office roles in Retail, Convenience Store, or F&B companies.
