Job Description

Position Summary

Support Lab Sr manager for VN Lab management, Coordinating / Communicating with TTI PRC CPT Reliability Lab and Testing requestors / testing related Dept for any test lab related jobs.

Group 1 - Local admin and cooperation,

Group 2 - Testing team operation,

Group 3- Testing support team operation.

Key Responsibilities

◼ Maintain good communication and cooperation with TTI PRC CPT REL LAB and related requestor dept.

Group 1 - Leading team and overall manage all CPT VN Lab local admin jobs, Such as

- Human resource related of Recruitment / Resignation / Timekeeping / OT / Salary & Allowance / Training / Performance apprising etc.

- Team admin of Dorm / Meal / Transportation / Team building etc.

- Workplace management related of Space management/Basic facility support / 5S etc.

- Other works related to local support, such as QSA or customer Audit / EHS / FF / Local factory & Government / Trade union etc.

Group 2 - Leading team and overall manage all testing operation team including PT test teams / HT & PTA test team / BP & Charger Test team etc. and ensure team deliver with required result of efficiency / quality / schedule etc.

- Properly assign / distribute manpower & resource under or between each team

- Ensure correctly testing follow TR / WI/LTP / PEAC / NPQ etc.

- Monitoring team test and work efficiency to keep step by step improvement.

- Arrange test follow priority and complete test with fastest lead time and always try to meet timeline.

- Manage team to provide professional test report/data sheet.

- Correctly and timely update workload summary and schedule.

- Provide correctly timesheet record and summary.

- Leading team to create useful & necessary Lab WI step by step.

- Leading team and organize necessary and helpful training for each level.

- Cooperate with Lab group 1 and Lab group 3 for test team related jobs.

Group 3 - Leading team and overall manage the testing support team, including Lab equipment team, Lab WH team, Lab test engineering team, BP and Charger Reuse bank, sample team etc. M&C team.

- Leading equipment team to follow up all equipment / fixture related jobs. Such as new fixture design / new equipment demand review and support / Transfer equipment follow up / Daily equipment & Fixture management (Asset list and management / Maintenance / Trouble shooting & repairing / Calibration etc.)

- Leading WH team to well manage WH area and property, cooperate with team and follow up all Lab receiving jobs of transfer / express / PO delivery. Well and correctly organize IQC and keep clearly and traceable record. Well manage the material/item request and distribution with clearly and traceable record, timely maintain/update WH inventory list with accurate data. Support for safety stock alarm and re-fill etc. Create systemic and accurate material spec/drawing data base.

- Leading Test engineer team for test technical support, test plan review, test preparation of manpower / equipment & Fixture / Material & Accessory / WI / Extra or special space etc. Follow up test cost / Lead Time related, Review and approve the TR in system (Test Request). Follow up failure/abnormal / 5D during testing. Review test result / report / data and approve report in system, Formal report release etc. Audit test and ensure test correctly conduct.

- Leading Lab sample team to make sample room arrangement, well acting sample checking and approve on TR system, mark clear sample and record clearly for sample distribution / return and transfer / Scrap. Follow WI to destroy samples and support CPT WH sample tear down team for sample scraping process etc.

- Leading reuse bank for all reuse BP and charger management. Leading demand review and inventory handle etc. Follow regulation for distribute / return to bank, keep accurate recording, correctly run inspection for physical / function / capacity and keep record. Monthly report the failure etc.

- Leading M&C team for FAI daily operation / workload tracking / scheduling / etc. Follow SOP to organize calibration jobs related in whole BU of CPT. For calibration operation process and monitoring of Contract / PR / batches arrangement and communication / Payment documents / technical review of label & Report etc

Job Requirement

 ◼ Bachelor or above

◼ 5 years managerial experience in Quality / Engineering / Reliability related field. (Reliability laboratory related will be preferred)   

 ◼ Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical engineering is required. (Deep knowledge on this will be preferred)

◼ Excellent Local language (It’s a MUST for Group 1), Good English, Chinese (Well skills in Chinese will be preferred)

◼ Good skills of problem solving.

◼ Strong understanding ability, clear logistic thinking, fast reaction

◼ Good communication, leading and interpersonal skill

◼ Fully understand test laboratory operation and international standard will be preferred.

◼ Accept to work under high pressure.

◼ Weak on Lab experience will be optional but must be shapable and with strong learning wishes and good learning skills.
