Job Description

Develop and implement GWP internal communication plans to support company goals, initiatives, and culture.
Plan and organize HSCC’s GWP internal events and activities
Plan budget for HSCC's GWP activities and events
Create engaging internal content for HSCC’s activities
Maintain and update internal communication channels
Gather feedback and measure employee engagement through surveys, polls, and other tools.
Other tasks assigned by leadership

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field.
At least 2 - 5 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, internal communications, or organizational development.
Good at English (both writing and speaking). Good command of Korean is an advantage.
Basic photo and video editing skill
Computer Skill (Word, Excel, PP)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong event planning and project management capabilities.
Creative, detailed-oriented, critical thinking, well-organized, passionate about employee well-being and workplace culture
