Marketing strategies
• Possess a deep understanding of the TikTok content ecosystem, including content types, user behavior, and platform trends.
• Conduct market research to identify new content promotion trends, analyze competitor marketing strategies, and stay updated on the latest beauty and skincare industry trends to ensure content and campaigns remain relevant and competitive.
• Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying and evaluating KOLs, negotiating partnerships, overseeing content creation, and tracking campaign performance.
• Develop and execute effective TikTok marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
⁃ Influencer marketing
• Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with TikTok KOLs, including both macro-influencers and nano-influencers.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive KOL database, including key profiles and segmentation by type and niche.
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to brief KOLs, align campaigns, and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
⁃ Target-oriented
Continuously analyze and optimise, and be responsible for the impression and ROI.
Educational Background: A degree in Marketing or a closely related field from a well-known university is highly preferred
Experience Flexibility: For candidates with limited experience, strong consideration will be given to those who demonstrate high intelligence and a exceptional ability to learn quickly.
