Hiring Positions:

• Store Manager
• Section Manager
• Assistant Section Manager
• Sales Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of employees, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain inventory levels, including ordering and replenishing stock, conducting regular inventory counts, and effectively managing stock levels.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-merchandised to attract customers and increase sales.
• Oversee and enforce store policies, including cash handling procedures, loss prevention measures, and safety protocols.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Generate reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to assess store performance and make informed decisions.

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week, scheduled by management within the 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM timeframe.

• Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Retail Operations: Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising techniques.
• Sales & Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of sales and marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and boost sales.
• POS Systems: Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.

Preferences:

• Education: College diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience: Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial role.
• Retail Knowledge: Solid understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work across multiple cities and adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
