Sample Room Manager (Garment)

Job Description

$1200+++/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Sample Room Manager (Garment, ID 17645) for a foreign investment company

• Coordinate with merchandisers to receive and process sample requests.
• Collaborate with pattern makers to develop and adjust patterns for best fitting.
• Calculate fabric/trim consumption, standard sewing time
• Plan and manage sample room operations, including cutting, sewing, and finishing of samples and bulk.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Set daily production targets and monitor progress to ensure efficiency.
• Train and supervise sample room staff on sewing techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all samples meet required standards.
• Oversee the transfer of finished goods to the warehouse; manage repairs for returned faulty items.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production, including specifications, timelines, and quality records.

Job Requirement

• Male/Female, under 45 years old
• University graduate majoring in sewing/garment
• 3 years of experience in similar position in knitwear products
• Good at sewing and pattern making techniques
• Good at English
