- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a Senior role or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, tracking, attribution models, and key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Proficiency in analytics and automation reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Power BI/Google Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets).
- Experience in SEO, Marketing Automation/CDP, or relevant digital tools and platforms (such as Pancake, Zalo Mini App) is a strong plus.
- Business-minded with a can-do attitude, strong analytical and numerical skills, and proven experience in budget management and data-driven decision-making
- Independent, proactive, and results-driven, able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Vietnamese communication and a good level of English.
