Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Work with TTI group shipping team on oracle setups, factory custom inspection, provide necessary documents timely, keeping routing communication with TTI shipping teams of customs, inbound and outbound and government custom authorities for smooth delivery.
2. Setup with regional equipment vendors and regional raw material vendors for custom clearance to ensure timely delivery
3. Coordinate with operation team to plan day to day production activity with materials, resource, capacity, labors, logistic consideration and at the end output of fulfilling regional orders requirements
4. Purchase supplies and materials according to demand requirements, BOM specifications, purchasing guidelines
5. Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures
6. Oversee distribution of supplies in the factory
7. Working with regional factory and purchasing department to coordinate supplies, localization activity and long-term supplier strategy

Job Requirement

Requirements                 

1. BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field with specialization in Logistics, Material    Management or Supply Chain Management is preferred. 
2. Min. 5 years for proven experience as materials manager
3. Experience in shipping and receiving
4. Language capability, English and Vietnamese, Chinese is a plus
5. Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems
6. Working knowledge of ERP system, oracle is bonus.
