Support the development and maintenance of partnerships with universities, colleges, schools, agents, and other educational organizations
Assist in identifying new recruitment channels and supporting business development activities to expand student pipeline
Provide timely and accurate admissions support to agents and partner universities, including handling student applications and documentation
Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for recruitment agents and affiliates
Represent partner universities at education fairs, school visits, and online/inperson recruitment events
Provide consulting and customer service support for phone, walk-in, and social media inquiries, guiding prospective students through to conversion
Assist in the planning and execution of student recruitment campaigns and initiatives
Help develop and maintain recruitment materials, brochures, presentations, and email communications
Support reporting tasks and provide regular updates on recruitment activities and outcomes

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or educationrelated roles
Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (Mandarin is a plus)
Familiarity with international student recruitment processes and application procedures
Basic understanding of business development or partnership engagement is a plus
Proficiency in using social media and digital tools for outreach and content creation
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel and work overtime when required by business needs
