Develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
Analyze sales performance, monitor market trends, and assess customer needs.
Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with all clients, especially key accounts.
Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen business partnerships.
Collect and report detailed market intelligence, including:
Industry trends and market dynamics.
Customer demands and expectations.
Pricing structures and competitor analysis.
New business opportunities.
Identify and develop new market segments.
Explore and introduce new product opportunities.
Prepare and maintain regular sales and market reports (MIS).
Be flexible and willing to support other tasks within the Sales & Marketing Department when necessary.
Good at English.
Bachelor’s degree required; management qualification preferred.
+ 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of food ingredients, flavorings, additives, inks, plastics, coatings, or related ingredients.
Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
Solid understanding of food color products and related markets.
