<Job description>
- Researching, analyzing and advising client on various issues related to their business (LOE, LOI, Labor issues, transactions, IP, PDPD, environment, Securities Law, import & export, etc.)
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents;
- Representing clients in negotiation with counterparties and governmental authorities;
- Writing articles, and preparing presentations for seminars;
- Supporting other lawyers as needed; and
- Other matters as assigned by other lawyers from time to time.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education background: Bachelor's Degree
・Language skills: English - Business Level (TOEIC from 850, TOEFL iBT from 95, IELTS from 6.5); Japanese skill is preferable.
・Experience: 
- Being experienced in business law practices (foreign investment, corporate, M&A, licensing, labour & employment etc.)
- Being experienced in an international law firm or a reputable local law firm
・Having lawyer certificate
・Good communication
・Being proactive, creative and responsible
・Having good analytical skill, logical thinking and being capable of working independently
