CJ Foods Vietnam is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Sales Strategy Head to join our team. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing sales strategies across GT, MT, and B2B channels, driving revenue growth, and ensuring profitability. You will play a key role in market development, customer expansion, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable business success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
Develop and implement annual sales strategies and action plans (KPI, AP) by channel and region.
Align monthly strategies with overall company objectives.
Build detailed sales plans across GT (agents & distributors), MT (supermarket cooperation & partnerships), and B2B.
2. Business Administration & Customer Development:
Manage and expand GT, MT, and B2B channels, including acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
Implement sales programs, promotional campaigns, and customer support initiatives.
Monitor sales performance, product movement, and inventory levels across customers.
3. Market & Product Development:
Conduct market surveys and research to identify customer needs, trends, and business opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to develop new product segments aligned with production capacity and market demand.
Establish effective sales policies tailored to each region and customer group.
4. P&L Management:
Build and execute business plans to achieve assigned P&L targets.
Ensure cost control, operational efficiency, and profitability across all sales activities.
5. Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and develop the sales team to achieve business goals.
Direct cross-functional planning and coordinate implementation across departments.
Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirement
At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the FMCG industry, with strong expertise in MT, GT, and B2B channels.
Proven track record in P&L management, sales strategy, and business planning.
Strong knowledge of GT (direct & indirect sales systems) and MT (supermarket systems & FMCG retail).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Solid leadership and people management capabilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to train, coach, and develop teams effectively.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic market changes.
Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
