Access Control: Monitor and control entry/exit points for employees, visitors, and vehicles. Enforce badge and identification policies.
Surveillance & Monitoring: Operate and maintain CCTV systems and other electronic security devices. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, security breaches, alarms, and emergencies. Document and report incidents accurately and timely.
Supervise contract security team at assigned areas. Perform training, audit and drive for performance improvement.
Asset Protection: Prevent theft, vandalism, and sabotage of factory equipment, materials, and products. Support inventory protection and loss prevention initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company’s policies (safety, security, internal working regulations). Maintain logs, reports, and records of security activities.
Collaboration: Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when needed. Work closely with HR, EHS, Facility and operations teams to support operations, safety and compliance.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities, recommending and implementing preventive measures. Regularly inspect security equipment and ensure proper functioning.

Job Requirement
2 or 3 year experience in security operations specialist or similar positions.
Knowledge and experience in incident response and emergency response procedures.
Experience in factory or industrial security, preferably in electronics or high-tech sectors.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
Be able to communicate (speaking and writing) effectively in English.
Familiarity with electronic security systems and access control technologies.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Willingness to work on shifts for short term when required and always available to respond to emergencies.
