Manage the entire business development cycle, including identifying prospects, arranging key meetings, uncovering new opportunities, preparing proposals (in coordination with the Operations Manager), and handling contract negotiations (with guidance from the Asia Managing Director).
Collaborate with the sister company to redirect relevant business leaders and coordinate with their team when appropriate.
Oversee bidding processes, ensuring proper documentation is collected from various stakeholders and deadlines are met, with administrative support from the regional team.
Maintain accurate sales records by updating CRM tools and internal databases regularly.
Contribute to the planning and participation in B2B events, and actively represent the company in relevant business associations.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM platforms.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to effectively manage tasks and priorities.
Open-minded, quick to adapt, and eager to learn and grow.
Comfortable working in a diverse, international environment.
Willing to travel regularly for business.
