Production Assistant

Assist in managing and monitoring production progress on the shop floor to ensure the production plan is on schedule.

Track and update daily production status; report any issues or delays to supervisors/managers in a timely manner.

Coordinate with related departments (Merchandising, QA, Technical, Warehouse) to resolve problems related to raw materials, technical issues, or product quality.

Supervise and check production processes to ensure product quality standards.

Support manpower, machine, and material arrangements according to the production plan.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

College/University degree in Textile/Garment or related fields.

Experience working in garment manufacturing factories, with hands-on experience in Sweater production is PLUS.

Good knowledge of production processes, line management, and quality control in the garment industry.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Chinese proficiency in 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

Proactive, detail-oriented, and high sense of responsibility.
