Mô tả Công việc

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

  • Expand market presence and identify new product opportunities (food colors & industrial pigments).

  • Build strong relationships with key customers and ensure regular visits.

  • Manage pricing strategy and support business development.

  • Lead and develop the Hanoi-based sales team.

  • Prepare reports and recommend performance improvements.

  • Establish systems and procedures for the Marketing Department.

  • Provide support for other departmental tasks when required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Good at English

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business/Marketing is a plus.

  • + 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in food ingredients, food additives, or the industrial pigment sector.

  • Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

  • Good understanding of food colors, industrial pigments, and related market products.
