Job Description

1. Business Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute country-level IT service and solutions strategy aligned with regional direction.

  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.

  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to define solution offerings.

  • Own and manage the P&L for IT Solutions and Services business in Vietnam.

2. Sales & Account Leadership

  • Engage directly with key enterprise accounts (FSI, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing) to identify, propose, and win solution-based opportunities.

  • Lead the full deal cycle: qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape solution proposals.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and account growth.

3. Service Delivery Oversight & Operations

  • Oversee delivery performance for IT outsourcing, IT infrastructure hardware projects, infrastructure projects, cloud services, and managed services.

  • Ensure service quality, SLAs, governance frameworks, and escalation management.

  • Maintain operational efficiency and compliance with company standards and policies.

4. Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow cross-functional teams including sales, pre-sales, delivery, and support.

  • Build a high-performance culture with strong collaboration and accountability.

  • Guide recruitment, capability development, and succession planning.

5. Partnership & Ecosystem Development

  • Strengthen strategic partnerships with OEM vendors, cloud providers, and technology partners.

  • Identify and co-develop joint solution offerings to enhance market value.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

•          Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or quantitative field

•          Total working experience 10+ years in technology services, consulting or relevant field.

•          Demonstrated experience in successfully designing and executing strategy, achieving a sales target and service delivery, while mentoring and leading a growing team and its sound operations.

•          Must have coverage experience on FSI (Banking and Insurance), Insurance, Retail & Manufacturing markets in Vietnam.

Knowledge and Skills:

•          Considered an expert on technology serivces and consulting as well as competitor's offerings to be able to sell simple to complex solutions.

•          Understands the Vietnam industry and market segment in which key accounts are situated and integrates this knowledge into consultative selling.

•          Cultivates & maintains positive relationships with customers, and internal stakeholders, to ensure account retention, growth & profitability, and positions the company as the preferred business partner for meeting all business needs.

•          Leads and facilitates Business planning, operates based on budget and adherence to policies and procedures, collaborates with support leaders towards successful growth of the Company while maintaining a positive P&L of the covered divisions.

•          Oversight experience in technology services & consulting delivery.

Represents the Company as an ethical leader and trusted advisor while still achieving customer centricity.
