We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing & Outreach Specialist to join our growing Vietnam team at Shelby Global. This role bridges content marketing and business development — perfect for someone who understands storytelling and knows how to turn that into strategic B2B leads.
You'll be working on:
Building Shelby’s brand presence across digital platforms (LinkedIn, blog, social media)
Generating, nurturing, and converting leads through outreach and content campaigns
This is not a siloed marketing job. It’s a strategic role for someone who thrives in both the creative and the commercial sides of B2B marketing. What You’ll Be Doing:
Content Marketing & SEO Optimization (60%)
Plan and manage the content calendar across LinkedIn, blog, and social media, aligning with Shelby’s brand and business goals
Conduct basic keyword research to align content with relevant search intent and SEO objectives
Manage the WordPress website: publish blog content, update landing pages, and make minor content adjustments as needed
Ensure all digital content is well-formatted, mobile-optimized, and aligned with Shelby’s tone, brand voice, and SEO best practices
Work closely with SEO vendors to plan and produce search-optimized content that improves Google rankings
Use analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics) to monitor performance and continuously optimize content strategy
Lead Generation & Cold Outreach (40%)
· Research and identify key decision-makers (CHROs, CEOs, L&D Heads, Founders) across Vietnam and the APAC region
· Source, segment, and enrich B2B lead data using platforms such as Apollo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
· Write, test, and continuously optimize cold email sequences and follow-up flows
· Execute targeted outreach via LinkedIn and email to generate qualified leads
· Collaborate with BD to convert content engagement into client conversations
Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM pipeline, and assist with pitch decks or proposals when needed
Job Requirement
· 1–3 years experience in B2B content marketing, digital marketing, or business development
· Strong writing and speaking skills in English — you must know how to write for humans, not just algorithms
· Solid understanding of LinkedIn as a marketing and outreach tool
· Familiarity with Wordpress, CRM tools, email marketing, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a bonus
