Full-process Recruitment Execution: Independently complete job requirement analysis for the hiring department, resume screening, interview arrangement, and candidate evaluation.
Interview and Talent Assessment: Lead initial and follow-up interviews, comprehensively assess candidates' abilities and job fit, and provide recruitment recommendations.
Recruitment Channel Operation: Maintain and expand recruitment channels (especially local Vietnamese online channels and talent resources).
Data and Administrative Support: Be responsible for recruitment data statistics, analysis, and reporting, and efficiently complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in Vietnamese and Chinese.
At least 5 years of full-circle recruitment experience within a manufacturing background.
Strong soft skills such as communication, delivery, and interpersonal abilities.
