1. Process Development

· Follow up with production to build new designed process completely in compliance to LEAN concept.

· Develop, verify, and validate products from process development to successful commercialization.

· Work closely with Production/ Maintenance / Automation Engineer to improve tools

· Develop and maintain dipping/ compounding process optimization and validation programs.

2. Manufacturing Support

· Support to develop new document to adapt required production operations

· Create the Standard Work and guideline for production

· Support to all the change of process

3. Others

· Involve company activities such as Safety, Fire, Health, Team building, Audits…

· Support special projects as required

· Participate in process improvement projects to improve product quality, decrease cost, and - improve product performance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

 1. Education:

·       Bachelor’s degree and above in Chemistry.

2. Job Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experiences in production management
• Experience in Textile/ Garments/ Glove Manufacturing is in advance
• Experience in ERP D365 or SAP is in advance

3. Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficient in English communication (verbal & written)
• Strong analysis, Strong Problem-Solving Skills and investigation capabilities
• Implement and create an Improvement plan
• Lean knowledge is required.
• Prefer certified 6 Sigma Green Belt
