IE Technician (Dầu Giây - Đồng Nai)

Mô tả Công việc

- Assist in improving the production process to get the cost saving.

- Audit WI’s position during layout and product changes.

- Support the Lean organization by developing a solid process foundation and data integrity (measure cycle time) in order to support process improvement through the organization.

- Support the engineers to define the working instructions during the pilot run (EB/PP) and continuously to maintain and improve it during mass production.

- Work with Quality and Production Line Leaders to identify and solve problems on daily operation, to study and find out the root causes of problems and define solutions to prevent them happened again.

- Follow up the work instructions then re-training for operators in the line.

- Stand by with production to follow up the production line and inform to the engineers if there is any problem.

- Get involved with the engineers to participate and assist the engineer projects (SMED, WIP reducing, 5S, ...etc).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Education: Associate degree in industrial engineering/Mechatronics/Electronics

- Experience: 

+ Open to Fresh Graduate

+ Minimum 02 year experience for Manufacturing company

- Knowledge: Have logical thinking and hard working

- Able to work in shifts
