· Develop monthly sales plans and execute promotional campaigns on Shopee & TikTok Shop (e.g., flash sales, mega campaigns, brand days, etc.).
· Work directly with Key Account teams on each platform to negotiate brand benefits and coordinate major campaign participation.
· Manage daily store operations on Shopee & TikTok Shop: update product listings, monitor stock levels, respond to messages, process and track orders.
· Regularly update store content: campaign banners, videos, product images, and descriptions according to brand guidelines.
· Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and propose action plans for improvement.
· Collaborate proactively with the marketing team to develop relevant content, videos, and livestreams that align with trends and target customer profiles.
· Manage budgets for platform promotions and vouchers.
· Provide regular operational reports for line managers.
· Education: Bachelor's degree.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with a brand or distribution company.
· Strong understanding of store operations and optimization on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
· Skills: logical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving. Good communication skills and proactive in working with platform partners and internal teams.
· Preferred: Experience working with platform Key Account teams or managing large-scale campaigns.
· Basic proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint for planning and reporting.
