Position Summary

Responsible build up TPM system and Maintenance System regarding Manufacturing Equipment for reliability equipment & fixture of Milwaukee product, who will work with cross-function teams to ensure all facilities in production.

The goal is to ensure the condition of equipment & fixture are robust, reliable and smoothly operation in driving for the performance of problem solving for Safety/Quality, Productivity,

Cost Key Responsibilities

• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Deploy Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), and other TPM pillars

• Driving for OEE improvement: Maximize equipment utilization and minimize defect losses to improve productivity

• Development & Drive PM team for the KPIs: MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), Machine downtime rate, and Change-over efficiency

• Project management at genernal for: e-Factory, Digitalazation IT projects

• Team development at each level: O-chart structured, road map skill matrix, successor build up at each level for critical position

• BS degree in Engineering or Sciences, prefer from the field of TPM manufacturing

• Over 5 years of experience in manufacturing or similar

• Knowledgeable in TPM, Digital Factory, Workflow

• Other skillsets in Lean, 6-Sigma, iOT, Big DATA is plus point

• Fluency English communcation
