About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist with a Chinese Language background who is eager to learn, open-minded, and motivated to grow with our team.

This role is suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of experience or fresh graduates, who want to leverage their Chinese language skills while exploring different aspects of business development, sales, and international customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communication & Customer Engagement

• Act as a bridge between internal teams and overseas partners using fluent Chinese.
• Ensure smooth, clear, and professional communication across all stages of customer interaction.

2. Business Support & Learning

• Assist in researching new markets and identifying potential clients.
• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and documents under guidance.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand business processes.
• Support R&D by collecting and communicating feedback from partners.

4. Reporting & Tools

• Use CRM systems and digital tools to manage data and track interactions.
• Provide simple progress updates and reports to support decision-making.

Language

• Fluent Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) – mandatory.
• Basic to good English communication is preferred.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
